Interview
My initial phone screening interview was very laid back and there weren't any questions that were meant to trip me up. I signed up for an interview time, had a virtual call with the interviewer, and he asked me three basic questions about my background. He then gave me some background on Everlight Solar's role and operations in the renewable energy development field.

Interview
The interview process was strange, just as other reviews have stated. They organized a 5-minute call with me the day after I submitted my application. I met with a woman who was obviously reading the questions directly from a script. This is not irregular, but the questions were a little silly. She sounded pretty robotic going through the questions.

Pretty easy I had an online screening and then got a job interview a couple days later. They seemed to be very insistent on you being certain that you wanted the job.
