3 calls, 3 apologies for being late on their end, and then told I'm not the right fit through emails over 2 weeks later. This all stemmed from them reaching out to me to see if I was interested in their role. I didn't even apply and I was still treated like a number when "[your] the one we wanted". It was an unprofessional experience to say the least...
