The interview process was very thorough. The first was with the recruiter who provided as much information as possible about the role and wanted to know if it aligned with my desires. The second interview was a panel with two managers across the collaboration team. Both interviewers were easy to speak with and provided insight into how the work day would look along with the culture of the team. The final interview was with the director and that was even better because she was able to share her vision.
