Seems more like fake interviews than real. Had 4 levels of interviews. Firstly the panel wont join on time. Some times they skip the interview and will not even inform you and keep you stranded on the call. Interview process will be kept on hold for a week in between without any communication. Then they call suddenly and follow up aggressively to schedule the next round. If you say no to a interview slot, they will talk as if they will reject you and pressure you to be available. Coming to the interviews, every round was pretty easy. Even the interviewers will appreciate the answers and give positive feedback and communicate that you are "selected". Final round will communicate that the offer will be rolled out. HR will gather documents. Full stop. After that HR will not respond to calls or give any update regarding the offer. This is insanely unprofessional for even a small company and doesn't project the right level of integrity and values. So, can't believe Cigna Group entity is doing this. And seems like this is happening to few other folks and not an incident in silos.
