7 interview stages:
1) Recruiter
2) HackerRank 75 min challenge
3) Coding Exercise 1
4) Coding Exercise 2
Then they tell you if you can go forward
Then you have 3 more coding interviews and Manager interview. They try to make them on different topics but in reality it is all just algorithmic exercises.
7 stage total plus couple of calls with HR when they try to convince you to solve all coding interviews for some reason.
It does not matter if you pass interviews and succeed in the coding, the final decision is after Hiring Manager, who is a bit weird person who told me that he doubts that AI is needed at all.
Ask recruiter to appoint interview first with him, wait for his feedback and then ask for more interviews. Don't waste your time and time of dear EverPure engineers (they are really very nice people!). Also there is no check of AI/Architecture skills at all. Maybe they are recording you to train LLM, or smth, really weird!
HR lady will try to convince you that there is some collective decision that they are making, but it is not true. It is just weird corporate process and they just validate that you can code.
