Applied online through LinkedIn. Had an initial call with the hiring manager, Director of talent acquisition. That call went well and we talked about next steps which was an interview with a team member/prospective peer in the team. Again this went well and next steps were discussed. Then nothing, absolute radio silence. I followed up by email, LinkedIn message to the HM to initially find out where the process was at and then to try and close out the role but I didn’t receive any response via any medium of communication. All in all a horrible experience, to treat a recruiter like this during an interview process speaks to how they treat other candidates from other areas .
