2 phone interviews: one with a team member, and the other with a hiring manager. Mostly Behavioral questions- "walk me through your resume, how do you work in a team, how do you respond to conflict, etc" Interviews were rescheduled a few times with different people, but all interviewers were well-informed and personable. Frankly seemed like they needed as many people as possible in the growing teams, so interviews weren't two difficult.

Tacky behavior on their part. It takes seconds to send a quick email from an applicant tracking system. Avoid.
