I interviewed at Everpure (Mountain View, CA) in Feb 2019
Interview
Phone screen and onsite scheduling was processed very fast. However, interview was scheduled right in the middle of the day, giving me no choice but to take a whole day off for a four hour interview. Interview questions were fairly easy and interviewers except for one was easy to talk to. My negative experience comes more from the post interview follow up. During the process, the hiring mgr said multiple times that “candidate experience” is #1 priority for him and yet, even after I sent a follow up email, I have yet to hear any results from them after 1 1/2 months. If you are going to tout that candidate experience is key, follow through with your own candidates who are recruiters. It also would be nice to have been offered water during the interview... each interviewer came in with coffee/water for themselves and not one ever noticed I didn’t have anything. Again, so much for candidate experience that you all talk about.
Thanks for sharing the details of your experience. We’re as disappointed as you are about the delay in follow up. We strive to create positive and meaningful experiences for all candidates and have researched this particular situation to solve the gap in ownership. We’re committed to further improving our follow-up conversations moving forward. Best of luck in your job search - we truly appreciate your time and consideration.
Other Technical Recruiter Interview Reviews for Everpure
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Everpure in Apr 2026
Interview
5 rounds, every round pretty much covered mainly aspects of stakeholder management (repetetive processes are what recruiters try to eliminate) The product was good so went ahead with it.
For the final round the guy decided to fixate on an experience non relevant to the role and decided to drop.
