The recruiter gave me a lot of perspective, and was really easy to work with. He answered a lot of questions for me about the role and the company. He had actually had the benefit of having been in the role that I was applying for, and was willing to share the personal reason that he had to make the change out of that role, and described the support that he got from the company that allowed him to be successful. Based on his experience and based on my own experiences throughout the recruiting/interviewing process, I had a really difficult time with the decision to withdraw my candidacy when another offer came along that forced my hand before I got to the final rounds with Pure. I had an absolutely fantastic candidate experience with Pure Recruiting and the Pure Support interviewers. After the initial video interview I emailed some follow-up questions to the recruiter, which the hiring manager called me back to talk about in detail. They were forced to delay the final rounds for a few weeks, but kept me abreast as to why, as well as when to expect the next steps. Their Customer Support Executive Summary and Support Guide are great resources, published online, that helped me understand their support offering going into the interviews.
The most important takeaway for me, as a managerial candidate, was that it was very clear to me that the leadership team cared about the development and success of the individuals on the Support team as well as the success of their customers. Two thumbs up from this candidate.
