I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Everpure
Interview
Started off with a phone screen by the hiring manager. He made sure to keep the role and responsibilities along with the needs of the company very transparent. He was particularly looking for a fine mix of passion and experience + multitasking, as the needs of any small growing company.
After being honored with a selection, I was invited for an exhaustive 4 hr marathon interview with all the key people this role would interact with.
The team there is exceptionally diligent and dedicated. I got interview questions ranging from directly job related to personality related - example handling conflict situation, bossy co-workers. Overall very detailed interview which I thoroughly enjoyed.
The company is looking for serious people for serious business. This will be no ordinary job and I recommend a candidate to bring all the energy and willingness truthfully to the interview. Sooner or later ones character reveals even if one can pose well in an interview.
I would have loved to be honored with an opportunity to work with such a team. I am not comfortable revealing questions but know your responsibility and the tasks associated with the role.

Question 1
I guess I can give one - What do you do if a person keeps interrupting you when you speak?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Everpure (Mountain View, CA) in Sep 2014
Interview
A current employee referred me. From there, I was contacted by an internal recruiter who ask me when I'd be available for a phone interview with the hiring manager. After providing my availability, the recruiter scheduled the interview with the hiring manager. The hiring manager and I spoke for about half an hour to go over my qualifications, and told me the recruiter would get back to me about setting up an onsite interview.
The recruiter reached out to me again to ask my availability for an onsite interview. Once the time was determined, the recruiter sent me an e-mail with all the details including that it would take about three hours and also where to part in downtown Mountain View. Once I arrived, I signed an NDA and was escorted to another floor by the recruiter and into a conference room.
Five different team members from cross-functional disciplines interviewed me for about thirty minutes each. There weren't any trick questions, but each question was thought provoking. In addition to asking how I would go about performing certain duties, I also got the strong sense that each person wanted to know how I would fit into their culture. Each team member's passion was evident. I could tell it was a special place to work.
After the fifth person, the recruiter came in to offer me lunch. After grabbing some food, I was escorted back to the conference room to eat my lunch. The last interviewer was the hiring manager. The hiring manager didn't have any additional questions, but simply explained that feedback would be taken from each person who interviewed me. The hiring manager pointed out that there were still additional candidates to be interviewed. The hiring manager impressed me, and I'm 100% confident that Purse Storage will succeed wildly.
The interview process was set up well and handled well.
