I applied and I was reached out by a recruiter Derrick from Pure Storage by email saying that I was moving forward in the interview process. The recruiter didn't screen me before my technical interview. Just 1-2 sentences. One of the worst recruiters I've ever worked with to be honest. I was scheduled an interview with a member of the team and was a waste of time. I find out during the interview that they were looking for someone with optics experience which wasn't mentioned in the JD. During the call, the interviewer wasn't even prepared and didn't review my resume before hand, scrambling and trying to find questions to ask. really unorganized and people didn't do their diligence
