The usual: interview with recruiter (pretty standard), interview with hiring manager and a peer.
Unprofessional on-site interview experience:
1. First interview was late by an hour
2. One of the interviewers was yawning throughout the interview. On top of that, you can notice his eyes kept looking at the clock, as he made it clear he has a hard stop so he can leave for the day..
3. During the interview, hiring manager stated clearly that he is reluctant to hire people from big companies.. maybe they should just look at people from start-ups or Big 4 instead??
