I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Everpure in Dec 2014
Interview
The process began with a phone interview with a recruiter to discuss general information about the job and its requrements/expectations and to ask some general questions about your work ethic and experience.
After the first interview, a 2nd phone interview is scheduled which will be a technical interview asking questions about storage and troubleshooting techniques.
If both phone interviews are passed, an in person interview will be scheduled where you will come into the office to complete that. A phone call will be scheduled for follow up to discuss if you got an offer for the job or not and the offer is handled via email.

A practical test where you are given some logs and graphs and asked to identify the issue as best you can.
After submitting my application, I was contacted by a Pure Storage recruiter for a screening interview. After that I got an interview with the hiring manager. Though I didn't get the initial position for which I applied (they hired from within) the recruiter suggested I apply for a position with a different manager, different shift. I interviewed with that manager. Both managers were very good, communicated very well and I was comfortable with both of them. The recruiter followed up with me a couple of times before I got the call offering me the job.
