They want you to take a online quiz before even they talk to you.
Then, you talk to someone on the phone and then you go to the site.
It seems like they at least wanna give the impression they are very picky.
But, I would imagine they disqualify many qualified people, acting like they smart and everybody is dumb.

Quiz has 2 coding questions (like linked list, array etc) and 11 multi choice questions in addition.
Time is 1 hour.
There is a lot of verbose in the questions, it takes time to understand what exactly they are asking.
I would imagine, most of the candidates would fail, not because they cannot do the test, but because of all the story telling.
I think they want you to fail, rather than succeed, so why are wasting their time trying to hire you??
OA and then 4 short interview rounds. Focused on algorithms/system design/ parallel programming.
All very enjoyable and the interviewers always started with some simpler version of the problem and then gradually started requesting features/ adding restrictions.

In my coding challenge I was asked two coding questions and eight Multiple Choice Questions. The coding questions were relatively easy, I would say Easy to medium level leetcode type questions.
