I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Everpure (Prague) in Dec 2022
Interview
As other mentioned, at first there is an OA. Later 2 hours of technical interviews, if passed next 2hrs of technical interview and 1hr of manager interview. I must admit I liked the questions, can't really say a bad word about them. However I don't like the interview is dependent from so many people, I mean the last two interviews I feel went the best. In one I proposed the best solution and finished before the time and the feedback I received was the two last interviews were pretty bad and solutions were not optimal... The state of the feedback was not ideal as well, when I tried to discuss I don't really agree with the verdict, I was told that this is the feedback received from the team. So yeah...
I have a lesson for the future to not really participate in such long recruitment processes because it's rather waste of time :) The process took over a month.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
OA and then 4x 1-1 with technical interviews + 1-1 manger interview
OA and then 4 short interview rounds. Focused on algorithms/system design/ parallel programming.
All very enjoyable and the interviewers always started with some simpler version of the problem and then gradually started requesting features/ adding restrictions.

Question 1
Designing asynchronous processing of data in a microservice
I applied online. I interviewed at Everpure (Santa Clara, CA) in Jul 2026
Interview
In my coding challenge I was asked two coding questions and eight Multiple Choice Questions. The coding questions were relatively easy, I would say Easy to medium level leetcode type questions.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Keep track of the count based on the input stream.
So far had the coding test on HackerRank which was relatively easy. Two coding challenges and then 8 multiple-choice questions I think. The coding tasks are the leet-code level simple problems like counting objects in the input data etc.
