Overall, I had a positive experience with the recruitment process at Everpure. The people I interacted with were professional, friendly, and transparent throughout.
The original role was closed due to a budget reallocation, but this was communicated clearly, and I was considered for a similar upcoming position. The process took longer than expected because of a recruiter handover during medical leave and scheduling availability, which led to some communication gaps. Once I reached out, the sourcing team responded quickly and helped get the process back on track.
The interview rounds were well organized, and I had engaging conversations with the team. Although the offer ultimately went to a candidate who was already further along in the process, I received excellent interview feedback, which I truly appreciated.
My only suggestion would be to improve communication continuity during recruiter handovers. Aside from that, I was left with a very positive impression of Everpure and would happily apply again in the future.
