Interview
I met a recruiter and VP of Inside Sales at my college career fair. I had a 30 minute conversation with the VP of Inside Sales which went very well and they let me know I would have a phone interview in the near future. The phone interview was never scheduled but three months later I received a call from a random Pure Storage employee asking to interview me right then so I did. The interview lasted 10 minutes and he asked me very basic questions that had already been asked during the career fair. He said he would follow up soon with the next step in the process. I emailed him thanking him for the opportunity and never heard back with a yes or no. It was very un-professional and it almost seemed like they lost my information or something like that.

Standard phone calls prepping before the final interview. The final interview was held via zoom with 2 group exercises, q&a with the Pure team, then a private session where you were asked why they should pick you. Overall, good experience!

Interview
Very engaging and entertaining process. Different than any interview I’ve had. There were a few group assessments that tested you and had you work with other candidates. I do wish I could have spent more individual time with the leadership team but other than that it was a great experience!
