- Techno-Managerial Round consists of one problem solving in DSA and some questions on System Design.
After the process was complete the recruiter asked for my documents and assured over mail that they will complete the process after the team is back from their year end holidays.
Because the company offers great work life balance the team is still not back and still enjoying their vacation [ 8th Feb 2023 (as of writing this post)]
So, I exchanged lot of emails with their India team HR but I guess she has also went into vacation and thus not replying to my messages anymore.
I will wait till December 2023 for them to revert back with the offer letter when there vacation is over, else will drop a "Gentle Reminder" to the recruiter one more time.
I must say the recruiters where very enthusiastic while conducting these interviews and followed up regularly. Even the agency recruiter was always checking on all the time. They didn't spend a second to collect my documents and communicate congratulation to me over phone. It was a good day.
So, very excited to talk to them again when they are back from their vacation.

Standard leetcode style questions. Multiple rounds of it. They weren't too difficult compared to other senior swe leetcode style interviews. I think most of the questions I got asked were medium level. Maybe one hard.

This was for portworx team and recruiter reached out to me in linkedin, Recruiter sent me coding assesment. I finished the online coding assesment and I think I did fairly well on it. Recruiter completely ghosted after that. I have sent multiple follow-ups asking for status of the online assessment and there was complete silence. I would never recommend anyone putting efforts for this company. Complete disrespect to candidate's time.
