1 phone interview with the recruiter followed by 6 virtual interviews over Zoom. Interviewers included director and VP of product, product manager, engineering manager, design lead, and a senior developer. The whole process took ~3 months, where after repeated requests they could not/did not expedite the process. After the final round I was told that I fit the role but they cannot give me a decision until they are finished interviewing another candidate; so I had to wait for another 2 weeks. After 2 more weeks I had to request the recruiter for an update, and he let me know that they had offered the other person. Asking for feedback at this stage led to radio silence. They treated me as a 2nd option, kept me hanging for a decision and then did not have a simple decency to give some feedback after having invested ~7 hours in interviews and many more in preparation. Will never recommend.
