I interviewed in Pure Storage Prague. 2 rounds of interviews. After an initial call with the recruiter, I had 2 interviews, one technical and one managerial. Very fair interviews, they are not trying to fail people or make them spit code line. The interviewers were very nice and respectful. I then had a feedback session with the recruiter, again, very respectful and useful, in which I was told I moved to the the next round. The next round was again 2 interviews, technical and managerial, with the hiring manager. As in the previous round, very respectful and fair. A final feedback session with the recruiter in which I was told they would not move forward, giving me a fair and reasonable feedback. Over a smooth and respectful process, I enjoyed it. Reasonable timeline, I was kept up to date with everything. I definitely recommend it, and would work there if I had a chance.
