Interview
I interviewed for a Project Manager position at Pure Storage. The process started with a 1-hour conversation with the recruiter, which was pleasant and professional. The recruiter explained the next steps clearly and gave me a positive impression of the company and its culture.
Unfortunately, after the interview, I never received any updates despite sending a thank-you email and follow-up requests for status. This lack of courtesy to inform whether it was a go or no-go was disappointing, especially after such a positive initial interaction.
