Friendly discussions with HR, but what they lack is the ability to share feedback i.e., we need to constantly follow up with them to ask about the interview feedback. Also, after all rounds of interviews, they did not bother to give a call or share their feedback regarding the next steps which is extremely unprofessional. I did not had good experience later on with them because they always came up with reasons to not hire the candidates even after successfully completing the interviews. I wasted my time with them and this is extremely disappointing as an candidate.
