Interview
Screening call with HR, a coding assessment, an online personality-oriented interview with upper management, an online personality test (multiple choice questions) and lastly an in person interview. I did very poorly on the coding assessment because it was in a language I was not familiar with, so they let me retake it with a different language. The in person interview was a mock code review of a pull request. Everyone on the team was incredibly friendly and it seems like a wonderful company to work for! I ultimately chose to accept a job offer from a different company, but the salary and benefits were very generous, and I got the impression this was a great company to work for!
