The first round was Pen Paper in which they made paper to test you from all aspect from developer to QA and also for Business Analyst. The question paper was awesome in all aspect as it had questions for UI/UX people, DevOps, Software Developers,etc
Interview process was very straightforward basic DSA problem and problem solving. Then there were coding rounds for judging the coding skills and also the aptitude test which consist of 5 types of problems .

The process is pretty decent. But the Hiring Manager is erratic to say the least.
The interview had an extension of deep dive into my background. There were hardly any significant questions asked.

Whatever you say, doesn't seem to work with the many reviews received about the Interviewer.
Someone even suggested that this attitude by the Senior Staff would harm the company in the long run.
