Interview process seems as it should be.....apply, then expect to hear with in a week to see what next steps are. I had a 4th phone interview for as many positions (4 phone interviews in the last 5 years), in addition to several follow up in-person/on-site interviews. There seems to be a disconnect between the recruiters and the what the hiring managers want. I thought the recruiters were very professional in their questions and their gatherings of skill sets.

I applied through Builtinchicago.com We scheduled an over the phone interview and she asked basic questions, like Why Evive? and tell me about your consulting experience, etc... She said she'd follow up with me next week to plan an in-person interview. Although, she delayed quite a bit before telling me they already chose another candidate.
