Interview
Started with the written test containing 10 subjective question .basic questions on cs .
First I was interviewed for QA profile questions regarding oops concepts etc.They was looking for java and process was completely mismanaged .Then QA interviewer ask me to go programming interview.The interviewer was busy in managing technical difficulties faced by candidates who were giving Skype interview.and then he asks some basic question on O's,data structures etc.and after that we were made wait for 4 hrs for a Face 2face hr which was mere a formality.
Skype round 1
About my project.again asked about java . O clearly told them I don't know java. Then he came to semaphore and again ask some basic programming question.
Compensation was not clear till this point.HR himself told that he has only been given a range till now.
Skype round 2
I declined offer in this round.as it was too risky
Nothing was clear in the interview process.complete chaos.
