A recruiter scheduled a phone interview to discuss my qualifications.
A 2nd phone interview was set up (by a completely different recruiter) with the hiring manager. The interview was okay, some behavioral questions etc. The hiring manager explained they are interviewing multiple candidates for the position and they would reach out to me within a couple of weeks with a status.
As of today, nearly 2 months later, no one ever reached out to me to give me a status of the position. I have reached out to the 2 recruiters and they have not responded.

The recruitment process was exceptionally smooth and professional from start to finish. The HR team was proactive and communicative throughout all three interview rounds. Impressively, the entire timeline—from the initial screening to receiving the final offer letter—took only two to three weeks.
It has more waiting time and they feedback time is more and severe follows up with hr and other people
