They tool 5 round of interviews such as below Job Role: QA Manual Interview Process: (everything will be done online basis) 1.Profile shortlisting (If Shortlisted then): 2.Assessment (Technical, MCQ Based) 3.Technical Round Interview 4.Managerial Skype Interview 5.HR Round they took almost a month for hiring process. after 4th round of interview which was good enough even manger has discussed with me how soon I can join or salary expectation. but don't know what happened after that, They don't pick up my calls and response any mail. HR is worst. and after a month I suddenly got a mail of rejection? ***Thank you so much for attending the interview process at Evolent. I don't know why companies are doing this to Job seeker's. Please give the right feedback to candidate, so that they can work on their gaps.
