I was first contacted for Virtual interview where two Engineer asked me a question. They mostly asked Manual testing questions, Agile Process, give some scenarios and write a test cases about it. I have not heared back yet regarding the interview result.

Process is slow it will take Atleast three weeks to one month to complete all process

Interview
They have 3-4 face to face interviews. Questions are conceptual and each round last for 45-60 min. The HR here are pathetic. They don not communicate you properly. Once you clear one round , they will say they will schedule next round. after 2 weeks they will schedule you next round, you need to follow up with them. And when you have last round remaining and you ask about the round the say that as of now they dont have requirement and they will contact when they have requirement. What the hell is this. then what for 4 rounds where conducted when HR was not aware about the requirement. Pathetic.
