Interview
It consisted of 3 rounds
Round 1: Technical round with panel of 2 with general questions related to scrum, situation and experience based.
Round 2: Agile metrics questions
Round 3: HR
HR didn't call for 2 months after sharing a positive feedback. After continuous follow up, HR informed that feedback was extremely positive but there is an issue with budget and they were afraid to offer as per expectation as it could lead to internal politics.
Thankfully I had 2 offers when she was telling me about budget :D
It was a 5 way conversation on Teams, asking random questions off top of their heads. They seemed nice enough for you to relax. Wasn't a bad experience, on the video chat for about 30 mins instead of the hour they said.

Interview
All three rounds done in 10 days,
feedback of first 2 rounds was quick - within a week, but no update on the final round for 2 weeks - literally felt ghosted.
2 weeks later, I get an update that the company does not have budget for the salary I had demanded (I had already mentioned it on the 1st call with HR, could have denied there itself)
Literally felt like a time waste of company + me.
