An Evolent employee I had connected with several months prior reached out to me about an opening on her team and encouraged me to apply. I submitted my resume and quickly received a response that said I wasn't qualified. The employee circled back with the hiring manager and from there the interview process was smooth sailing. - Phone screen with someone from HR - Brief phone interview with hiring manager - Office interview with 4 people from the team (combination of Skype, in-person, and phone as some were remote) - Brief phone interview with managing director The first two interview (screen and phone with HM) didn't go to deep into my background. The office interview was much different. When all said in done, about 4 hours of behavior-based interviewing. I was also informed there would be a writing test (as good writing skills is a requirement for my job). When I inquired about the format of the writing test I was told there would be no writing test but to bring samples.
