I applied on line, they reached out to me immediately and did a phone screening, then booked an appointment for an interview, I was told I'd meet with the HR Manager or the girl who did the phone screening. When I applied for the interview I was told that no one from HR was available to meet with me because they were all at a Job Fair. They eventually found "someone" to interview me, she asked questions for about 5-10 minutes and then went to find someone else to interview me. But she couldn't find anyone else so she told me she'd have HR call me. HR called me the next day and booked me for an interview with the HR Manager the following week, they were too busy to do it sooner. When I arrived the HR Manager spent about 5-10 minutes following up on the first girls questions, then he said he was trying to get me "in front of the General Manager" but they were short handed and don't have a Sales Manager and the General Manager told the HR Manager he was trying to make money and the HR Manager was trying to spend it so... the HR Manager told me to look out for an email or phone call from him scheduling a phone interview for me with the General Manager. That was a week ago and no phone call or email has come in. I had appointments both times I drove 40 miles one way for two interviews and they didn't have time to be bothered with interviewing me. I've no clue why they called me and scheduled the appointments to begin with. Very unprofessional.
