Interview
The process begins with a screening interview over the phone with a recruiter. This is when you will be asked about your interest in the position as well as your skills and background. This is more or less a casual conversation that will give you an opportunity to ask questions as well.
If you make it past the screening, you will be asked to come in for a formal interview. You can expect two or more rounds of 45 minute interviews with 2-3 interviewers per round. Some people will be on site in the room with you, while others will be video conferencing from another location.
