One interview with recruiter, two with hiring manager, one with potential colleague, one with director. They asked fairly analytical questions and were all pleasant to talk to. I was very disappointed at the absolute refusal to answer any feedback questions. I have literally no idea why I wasn't offered the position. They sent me a survey request, so they are very aware of the value of feedback so they end up treating rejected candidates differently than they want to be treated themselves which was a bit of a red flag for me. I believe I dodged a bullet; who knows what else they profess to believe in words but not in actions.
