I had a phone interview with the recruiter and he told me I would move on the next round and that he would send me an excel activity to demonstrate my skills but I never received this. I reached out three different times until I received a response letting me know he would reach out early the next week and I haven't heard from him since. Please, for the love of god...tell people when you're not moving forward with them. Common courtesy. So rude. Dodged a bullet I guess!
