The initial call with the recruiter was extremely positive. That part went very well. The next part was a 90 minute zoom interview. The first 15 minutes was with an employee in the current role/peer. He was very nice, but I didn’t really feel as though it was an interview, more of a casual conversation. He didn’t really ask many relevant questions. Then, I moved onto a 60 minute, 3 panel zoom call. It started off great with the first two people, but then the third one got on the call. Her body language, facial expressions and sheer disinterest was quite evident (and unprofessional) from the second she got on the call. She was quite a bit younger than me and acted very flippant and uninterested. Ageism? I don’t know, but felt like it a bit. The conversations with the other two went really well, and I honestly feel that the outcome may have been different had she not been on the call. They asked great questions. We were on for so long, that I felt like I may have repeated myself a few times. I have many years experience in business and found her behavior extremely unprofessional. Anyway, at the end I was to do a mock sales call and follow-up email with one of the other people. I had done a ton of research about the company and felt like that part when pretty well. Great company on the surface, seems like they need to hone their interviewing/decision making process because that’s not a good look. I was disappointed not get any feedback.

Terrible Interview Experience. As someone coming to the table with over 12 years of sales experience, deserving of common courtesy, the recruiter segment is a disaster. Tony Boyle, as a recruiter, was extremely rude and thoughtless in the process. I would not recommend applying to this company until they can get their act together. By far the worst interviewing process I have ever experienced - and I've been in corporate America for quite some time. A complete disaster - they need some work in training recruiters how to be polite and professional. I was appalled.
