First interview was flawless and very fluent. The recruiter was very knowledgeable and we had a mutual agreement that I was a solid candidate. A second interview was scheduled and the hiring manager was not only not prepared, but did not provide the proper respect to me as a candidate. We were supposed to have a Zoom meeting and he was on his phone while driving to visit family. He basically ruled me out because he was too busy to pay attention to our conversation. Very unprofessional and not what I would expect from a highly technical leader of an organization of this size. Disappointed to say the least and it is a shame that they lost the opportunity to hire a high quality candidate.
