Evonik interview questions

3 interviews with HR and managers, head and CEO. Previous experience was discussed, questions about behave at work regarding peers and bosses and preferences regarding work activities, salary negotiation and future goals in my career.

The process was rather disorganised and not very professional. I was only given a day or so before each interview invite and HR basically was biased and kept asking me why I was interested in the job, so unfortunately this was a very negative experience since I would expect better from a large company like Evonik!
