Phone screen and multiple 1-on-1's on site . Phone screen was fine. The 1-on-1 experience was both pleasant and uncomfortable at times. Before one of the designers entered the room for a 1-on-1, I could tell immediately she was not interested in giving me a chance and she was quite snarky the entire time. Some of the questions asked in all the 1-on-1's were relevant to the role while other questions were strange and presumptuous. For example: "Did you become a Product Designer for the money?"
