Recruiting moves quickly and there are times when a candidate move into final rounds right after their interviews have concluded. If an offer is prepped, extended and accepted quickly we do our best to reach out to other candidates to let them know. I understand you prepped for your interview but we think it would be better to reach out before speaking, rather than alerting you during the call or having the full conversation and then not being able to move forward.
