Pretty straightforward. Nothing too difficult, regular personality questions. The recruiter initially asked me my technical background, ascertained my position and then i had a phone call with the hiring manager and finally an in person interview with a few different people.

Saw them at a university career fair and the recruiter scheduled me for an initial in-person interview the next day on campus.
A day or so later, I was invited to come to their office in Reston, VA for an interview "open house" the following month. They had a happy hour the night before with recently hired analysts. The open house consisted of a presentation about Excelacom from a manager followed by two interviews with company executives.

Excelacom's "Open House" for college recruits is very organized and well put together. Alexis is very easy to talk to and everyone involved made us feel comfortable. The Happy Hour conducted the night before was a great idea! It gave us a chance to get to know each other as well as some of the current employees.
