I was contacted by a recruiter then had 2 Skype interviews and an in person interview. Scheduling was a hassle, but they've corrected this now with a new hang manager and recruiter.

Interview
HR interviewed me and questions were not out of the ordinary, this was followed up by a next , short round of interview with one of their SME(s). Post the interview, I was asked to share the word version of my resume (since they said they had to submit it to client). I followed up with them a week after the interview, they said they are waiting on the client for response and will get back soon. I however never heard back from them (its been over 6 weeks now). It would have been nice for HR to drop a note and provide the candidate a final decision for having taken the time to interview.
