Applied online, about 3 weeks later got a phone call to schedule an in person interview. Went to the first in person interview with a few of the staff. Fairly basic questions were asked. Then they showed me around the office and to other staff members. I left out of there feeling really confident. A few days later they asked me to come back in for a second interview to meet the current receptionist. It was ok. Asked the same questions from the first interview. Wanted to know about my skills, level of professionalism. Showed me around the office again. She said that HR would call me with their decision within a week and to not to call back to the office. THAT SHOULD HAVE WARNED ME THEN! I waited a week. No phone call or email. I had to personally call their HR and to ask about the position. The woman said "Oh we filled the position yesterday". I asked if they were ever going to send out some type of notification. She said no since it was a temporary position. So disappointing and unprofessional. NEVER AGAIN!
