Relaxed and felt very natural. Nothing was forced, the whole process truly felt like we were both making sure there is value for both parties. Mike the VP was very honest and upfront from our initial conversation to the offer stage.

Multiple interviews - very thorough process. There was a high level of importance to the company that they were go through the filtering process similar to how they train on the recruitment side.
