Interview was fairly easy. Make sure your appearance fits a spa/fitness atmosphere.
First interview is in person and last about 20 minutes, you will take a tour of the facility. You will be asked to take one of the fitness classes, as soon as you do this you will be asked to come in for a 2nd interview with the spa director. Total process is 1 1/2-2 weeks depending on position availability.
