Python: Had to wait for 30 min as they were still preparing the question papers. I was not informed of the written test. Test consisted of 27 questions to be answered in 50 min. Post the test, I told the recruiter that I didn't expect this for this position. She gave a lame excuse of many people turning up. I knew this was a lie as they couldn't have prepared the question paper in such a short time. The paper consisted of some tricky questions. After waiting for about 20 min, they informed me that I was selected for next round. The interviewer seemed to be a guy with 3-3.5 years of experience. He asked how the paper was. When I told him that it had some tricky questions, he arrogantly told they were all basic questions. The process continued for quite sometime and he was arrogant almost throughout. For anything which I couldn't answer, he responded the question was very basic and I should know about it. He seemed to think he was a genius as he sat in interviewer position. Completely unprofessional with no respect to the candidate. Another person - who kept coming in and going out of the room frequently - asked random questions without even knowing what topic was being discussed. This happened quite a few times. I was irritated but helpless. Completely unprofessional and they don't even know how to conduct an interview. Even if the candidate was not suitable for the position, showing respect is common sense.
