After talking to an Area Manager during a recruiting day at my University, they sent me to the online application and then I did an online pre-recorded video interview. After that, I did a video interview with two Area Managers. A week later they reached out to offer me the internship position. The whole process took about five weeks.

Why should a hotel start a partnership with an OTA?
Three stages with three different people. They move pretty quickly which is nice. Typically all from the same department as well! They ask more thought provoking questions than job specific ones
There were 2 rounds of interviews. The first interview was a video recording where you had to answer a couple of open questions and the second one was an online interview with a person.

The first stage was a hirevue interview with basic questions like why do you want to join Expedia, when was a time you struggled, introductions, and etc. it took about fifteen minutes to finish the video interview and it also included a few questions about availability
