I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Expedia Group in Nov 2018
Interview
One of the best interviews I have ever had in my life. Very professional, all questions were to the point and I really enjoyed the overall process. The whole interview was about 1 hour.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
I was asked to describe how I handled situations with difficult colleagues in the past. Also roleplay questions were included in the process.
Unfortunately the 1st impression of the interveiw process was better , than it turned out.
Fast organisation of 2 rounds. After the 2nd one i was sure i would continue, based on a persons reaction etc.
Unfortunately- my emails (during and after the process) were not replied.
No certain reason why, they didnt want to continue with me. I beleive its- no experience in hotel business, but this is something that they could have gotten from my CV screening with no time wasting on other interviews rounds.

Question 1
- Your motivation
- Experience in hotel industry
- Reasons of changing a job
Was well coordinated. Had 3 rounds of interview with management level, excluding the preliminary round with HR. The process was smooth and the interviewers were friendly and high professional. They were genuinely trying to know if you are a good fit for the role and team.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Expedia Group (London, England) in Aug 2025
Interview
There were 3 rounds in the interview process, the first round was with HR, the second with an Area Manager and the third with the Director of Market Management. There was a case study in the last round but other than that it was just behavioral questions. The first two rounds were amazing but if I could give the interviewer a rating for my final interview, this would be a 0/5. He was not at all friendly nor personable, he cut me off in the middle of my presentation and did not even bother to discuss or give feedback on the case study. When applying for a role in which relationship management and personability are significant, I'm shocked that a Director would not have this. I only found out I didn't get an offer when after a month since my last interview I checked the job portal to see I was not selected. This was after chasing HR for an update (of course there was no response). In hindsight, I'm glad I dodge a bullet joining this team.
