Process is extremely long and disorganized. Met with interviews that did not understand how to properly interview a candidate without internal company knowledge. Additionally, some interviews didn't fully understand the open role.

Really long and tiring process that took over 3 months, which turned out to be a waiting game and wasting a lot of everyone's time. Don't scare talents away and reduce the bureaucracy in the process.
There are politics at the top. You get to move forward and upward based on who you know.
No feedback was given when asked. Negative interview experience.
HR in Seattle good, Hiring Manager in Paris not so good. Not what I expected. Based on internet site supposed to be competency based focused questions, in reality, more technical questions.
