After applying, was contacted by a recruiter to arrange a technical (SQL) test, which I completed but then only got feedback 2 weeks later to inform me that my application would not be progressed further. I was ok with that outcome but despite asking twice was not shared any feedback on how I performed on the test, to understand why my application was not progressed and I would need to improve. This is information that should have been available as the test was taken online and therefore the results stored and easy to share.
